Remote support
Remotely and securely accessing your AV facilities remotely allows our engineers to resolve any issues without making a physical visit to your site. This substantially increases immediate fault resolution, dramatically reducing system downtime.

Of course, if an issue is discovered that can not be resolved remotely, an onsite AV service and maintenance engineer visit will be promptly arranged. You can rest assured that our engineers will have your best interests at heart working to get your facility fully operational with maximum efficiency.
Onsite Engineering
In the event that a fault cannot be fixed remotely an engineer will be dispatched to site within the contracted response SLA.
Working within a defined service management SLA our engineers are controlled and managed from our support desk and are skilled, certified, and experienced across a range of AV and VC technologies and products. The engineers have direct access to both subject matter experts and Manufacturer Support partner portals.
Software upgrades
By remotely monitoring and upgrading software versions, BPAV will keep your technology running at optimal performance, whilst regular diagnostic checks will flag potential issues for resolution by our team before they could ever become visible to the user.

System health check
An audio visual health check can help you determine if your existing equipment is working correctly or if it needs repair or maintenance. Maintaining your equipment through regular health checks is far more cost effective than replacing AV equipment. It can assist with accurately budgeting for hardware refresh and replacements. Our health checks can identify and report on your existing infrastructure and provide upgrade suitability.
